6-12 METERS

On a scaffold ranging between 6-12 meters we advise putting the Scaff Shield sensors at high level at the end of each run.

1 sensor will cover each side.

12-24 Meters

On a scaffold ranging between 12-24 meters we advise putting 2 Scaff Shield sensors at high level at the end of each run facing each other. This ensures the full lenght of the run is covered.

2 Sensors will cover each side.

24-48 Meters

On a scaffold ranging between 24-48 meters we advise putting the Scaff Shield sensors at high level at the end of each run facing down the run. In addition to this, 2 sensors should be fitted in the middle of the run facing opposite directions.

4 sensors will cover each side.

48+ Meters

On a scaffold spanning 48 meters or more, to gain full coverage a pair of sensors will be required every 24 meters mid run facing opposite directions.

Siren range 100m, if this is exceeded then additional sirens may be required.

6 or more required on each side.
